About this gene: C5AR2 encodes a G-protein coupled receptor 1 family member involved in the complement system of the innate immune response. Unlike classical G-protein coupled receptors, the C5AR2 protein does not associate with intracellular G-proteins. The C5AR2 gene product may instead modulate signal transduction through the beta-arrestin pathway, and may alternatively act as a decoy receptor.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
