SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPR65 (G protein-coupled receptor 65) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GPR65 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 65
Also known as: TDAG8, hTDAG8
About this gene: GPR65 enables G protein-coupled receptor activity. It is involved in adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; cellular response to acidic pH; and positive regulation of stress fiber assembly. Is active in early endosome membrane; late endosome membrane; and plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8477; HGNC ID: HGNC:4517; UniProt: Q8IYL9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003608.4; Chromosome location: 14q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
