SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPR63 (G protein-coupled receptor 63, also called PSP24-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GPR63 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 63
Also known as: PSP24(beta), PSP24B
About this gene: GPR63 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81491; HGNC ID: HGNC:13302; UniProt: Q9BZJ6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030784.4; Chromosome location: 6q16.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
