SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPR45 (G protein-coupled receptor 45) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GPR45 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 45
Also known as: PSP24, PSP24(ALPHA), PSP24-1, PSP24-alpha, PSP24A
About this gene: This intronless gene belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family. Members of this protein family contain seven putative transmembrane domains and may mediate signaling processes to the interior of the cell via activation of heterotrimeric G proteins. The GPR45 protein may function in the central nervous system.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11250; HGNC ID: HGNC:4503; UniProt: Q9Y5Y3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007227.3; Chromosome location: 2q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
