SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPR37 (G protein-coupled receptor 37, also called PAELR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GPR37 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 37
Also known as: EDNRBL, PAELR, hET(B)R-LP
About this gene: GPR37 belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family. The GPR37 protein contains seven transmembrane domains and is found in cell and endoplasmic reticulum membranes. G protein-coupled receptors are involved in translating outside signals into G protein mediated intracellular effects.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2861; HGNC ID: HGNC:4494; UniProt: O15354; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005302.5; Chromosome location: 7q31.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
