Human GPR3 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 3
Also known as: ACCA
About this gene: GPR3 belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family and is found in the cell membrane. G protein-coupled receptors, characterized by a seven transmembrane domain motif, are involved in translating outside signals into G protein mediated intracellular effects. The GPR3 protein activates adenylate cyclase and modulates amyloid-beta production in a mouse model, suggesting that it may play a role in Alzheimer's disease.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2827; HGNC ID: HGNC:4484; UniProt: P46089; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005281.4; Chromosome location: 1p36.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
