SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPR27 (G protein-coupled receptor 27) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GPR27 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 27
Also known as: SREB1
About this gene: GPR27 belongs to the G protein-coupled receptors, a large family of receptors that have a similar structure characterized by 7 transmembrane domains. Activation of GPCRs by extracellular stimuli such as neurotransmitters, hormones, or light induces an intracellular signaling cascade mediated by heterotrimeric GTP-binding proteins, or G proteins.[supplied by OMIM, May 2010].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2850; HGNC ID: HGNC:4482; UniProt: Q9NS67; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018971.3; Chromosome location: 3p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
