SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPR12 (G protein-coupled receptor 12) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GPR12 qPCR Primer Set – G protein-coupled receptor 12
Also known as: GPCR12, GPCR21, PPP1R84
About this gene: GPR12 is predicted to enable G protein-coupled receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. It is predicted to act upstream of or within G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway and intracellular calcium ion homeostasis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2835; HGNC ID: HGNC:4466; UniProt: P47775; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005288.4; Chromosome location: 13q12.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
