SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ADGRF1 (adhesion G protein-coupled receptor F1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ADGRF1 qPCR Primer Set – adhesion G protein-coupled receptor F1
Also known as: GPR110, KPG_012, PGR19, hGPCR36
About this gene: ADGRF1 enables G protein-coupled receptor activity. It is involved in adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Is active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 266977; HGNC ID: HGNC:18990; UniProt: Q5T601; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_153840.4; Chromosome location: 6p12.3|6
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
