SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GPD1 (glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase 1, also called GPD-C) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GPD1 qPCR Primer Set – glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase 1
Also known as: GPD-C, GPDH-C, HTGTI
About this gene: GPD1 belongs to the NAD-dependent glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase family. Mutations in GPD1 are a cause of transient infantile hypertriglyceridemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2819; HGNC ID: HGNC:4455; UniProt: P21695; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005276.4; Chromosome location: 12q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
