About this gene: GP6 encodes a platelet membrane glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin superfamily. The GP6 protein is a receptor for collagen and plays a critical role in collagen-induced platelet aggregation and thrombus formation. The GP6 protein forms a complex with the Fc receptor gamma-chain that initiates the platelet activation signaling cascade upon collagen binding.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
