SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GNRH1 (gonadotropin releasing hormone 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GNRH1 qPCR Primer Set – gonadotropin releasing hormone 1
Also known as: GNRH, GRH, LHRH, LNRH
About this gene: GNRH1 encodes a preproprotein that is proteolytically processed to generate a peptide that belongs to the gonadotropin-releasing hormone family of peptides. Gonadoliberin-1 stimulates the release of luteinizing and follicle stimulating hormones, which are important for reproduction. Mutations in GNRH1 are linked to hypogonadotropic hypogonadism.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2796; HGNC ID: HGNC:4419; UniProt: P01148; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001083111.2; Chromosome location: 8p21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
