SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GNGT1 (G protein subunit gamma transducin 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GNGT1 qPCR Primer Set – G protein subunit gamma transducin 1
Also known as: GNG1, HG3G1
About this gene: GNGT1 encodes a gamma subunit of transducin, a guanine nucleotide-binding protein that is found in rod outer segments. Transducin, also known as GMPase, mediates the activation of a cyclic GTP-specific phosphodiesterase by rhodopsin.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2792; HGNC ID: HGNC:4411; UniProt: P63211; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021955.5; Chromosome location: 7q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
