SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GNG4 (G protein subunit gamma 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GNG4 qPCR Primer Set – G protein subunit gamma 4
Also known as: HG3C
About this gene: GNG4 is predicted to enable G-protein beta-subunit binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of cell growth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2786; HGNC ID: HGNC:4407; UniProt: P50150; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001098722.2; Chromosome location: 1q42.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
