SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GNG13 (G protein subunit gamma 13) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GNG13 qPCR Primer Set – G protein subunit gamma 13
Also known as: G(gamma)13, HG3J, h2-35
About this gene: Heterotrimeric G proteins, which consist of alpha, beta, and gamma subunits, function as signal transducers for the 7-transmembrane-helix G protein-coupled receptors.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51764; HGNC ID: HGNC:14131; UniProt: Q9P2W3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016541.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
