SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GNAI2 (G protein subunit alpha i2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GNAI2 qPCR Primer Set – G protein subunit alpha i2
Also known as: GIP, GNAI2B, HG1C, H_LUCA15.1, H_LUCA16.1, MAGID
About this gene: The GNAI2 protein is an alpha subunit of guanine nucleotide binding proteins. The GNAI2 protein contains the guanine nucleotide binding site and is involved in the hormonal regulation of adenylate cyclase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2771; HGNC ID: HGNC:4385; UniProt: P04899; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002070.4; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
