SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GNA15 (G protein subunit alpha 15) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GNA15 qPCR Primer Set – G protein subunit alpha 15
Also known as: GNA16, HG1L
About this gene: GNA15 enables G protein-coupled receptor binding activity. It acts upstream of or within with a positive effect on calcium-mediated signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2769; HGNC ID: HGNC:4383; UniProt: P30679; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002068.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
