SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GMPPA (GDP-mannose pyrophosphorylase A, also called GMPP-alpha) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GMPPA qPCR Primer Set – GDP-mannose pyrophosphorylase A
Also known as: AAMR
About this gene: GMPPA is believed to encode a GDP-mannose pyrophosphorylase. This enzyme catalyzes the reaction which converts mannose-1-phosphate and GTP to GDP-mannose which is involved in the production of N-linked oligosaccharides.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 29926; HGNC ID: HGNC:22923; UniProt: Q96IJ6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013335.4; Chromosome location: 2q35
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
