SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GMIP (GEM interacting protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GMIP qPCR Primer Set – GEM interacting protein
Also known as: ARHGAP46
About this gene: GMIP belongs to the ARHGAP family of Rho/Rac/Cdc42-like GTPase activating proteins. The GMIP protein interacts with the Ras-related protein Gem through its N-terminal domain. Separately, it interacts with RhoA through a RhoGAP domain, and stimulates RhoA-dependent GTPase activity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51291; HGNC ID: HGNC:24852; UniProt: Q9P107; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016573.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
