SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GMEB2 (glucocorticoid modulatory element binding protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GMEB2 qPCR Primer Set – glucocorticoid modulatory element binding protein 2
Also known as: GMEB-2, P79PIF, PIF79
About this gene: GMEB2 belongs to KDWK gene family. The product of GMEB2 associates with GMEB1 protein, and the complex is essential for parvovirus DNA replication. Study of rat homolog implicates the role of GMEB2 in modulation of transactivation by the glucocorticoid receptor bound to glucocorticoid response elements.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26205; HGNC ID: HGNC:4371; UniProt: Q9UKD1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012384.5; Chromosome location: 20q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
