Human GMEB1 qPCR Primer Set – glucocorticoid modulatory element binding protein 1
Also known as: P96PIF, PIF96
About this gene: GMEB1 belongs to KDWK gene family which associates with GMEB2 protein. The GMEB1-GMEB2 complex is essential for parvovirus DNA replication. Studies in rat for a similar gene suggest that GMEB1's role is to modulate the transactivation of the glucocorticoid receptor when it is bound to glucocorticoid response elements.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10691; HGNC ID: HGNC:4370; UniProt: Q9Y692; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001319674.2; Chromosome location: 1p35.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
