SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GLYAT (glycine-N-acyltransferase, also called AAc) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GLYAT qPCR Primer Set – glycine-N-acyltransferase
Also known as: ACGNAT, GAT
About this gene: The glycine-N-acyltransferase protein conjugates glycine with acyl-CoA substrates in the mitochondria. The protein is believed to be important in the detoxification of endogenous and xenobiotic acyl-CoA's.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10249; HGNC ID: HGNC:13734; UniProt: Q6IB77; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_201648.3; Chromosome location: 11q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
