About this gene: GLMN encodes a phosphorylated protein that belongs to a Skp1-Cullin-F-box-like complex. The protein is essential for normal development of the vasculature and mutations in GLMN have been linked to glomuvenous malformations, also called glomangiomas. Multiple splice variants encoding different isoforms have been found for GLMN.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
