SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GLIS2 (GLIS family zinc finger 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GLIS2 qPCR Primer Set – GLIS family zinc finger 2
Also known as: NKL, NPHP7
About this gene: GLIS2 belongs to the GLI-similar zinc finger protein family and encodes a nuclear transcription factor with five C2H2-type zinc finger domains. The GLIS2 protein is widely expressed at low levels in the neural tube and peripheral nervous system and likely promotes neuronal differentiation. The GLIS2 protein also promotes the nuclear translocation of p120.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84662; HGNC ID: HGNC:29450; UniProt: Q9BZE0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032575.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
