About this gene: GLCCI1 encodes a protein of unknown function. Expression of GLCCI1 is induced by glucocorticoids and may be an early marker for glucocorticoid-induced apoptosis. Single nucleotide polymorphisms in GLCCI1 are linked to a decreased response to inhaled glucocorticoids in asthmatic patients.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
