SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GJA3 (gap junction protein alpha 3, also called Cx46) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GJA3 qPCR Primer Set – gap junction protein alpha 3
Also known as: CTRCT14, CX46, CZP3
About this gene: The GJA3 protein is a connexin and is a component of lens fiber gap junctions. Defects in GJA3 are a cause of zonular pulverulent cataract type 3.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2700; HGNC ID: HGNC:4277; UniProt: Q9Y6H8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021954.4; Chromosome location: 13q12.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
