SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GDPD2 (glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase domain containing 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GDPD2 qPCR Primer Set – glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase domain containing 2
Also known as: GDE3, OBDPF
About this gene: GDPD2 belongs to the glycerophosphodiester phosphodiesterase enzyme family. The GDPD2 protein hydrolyzes glycerophosphoinositol to produce inositol 1-phosphate and glycerol. The GDPD2 protein may have a role in osteoblast differentiation and growth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54857; HGNC ID: HGNC:25974; UniProt: Q9HCC8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017711.4; Chromosome location: Xq13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
