SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GDAP1 (ganglioside induced differentiation associated protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GDAP1 qPCR Primer Set – ganglioside induced differentiation associated protein 1
Also known as: CMT4, CMT4A, CMTRIA
About this gene: GDAP1 belongs to the ganglioside-induced differentiation-associated protein family, which may play a role in a signal transduction pathway during neuronal development. Mutations in GDAP1 have been linked to various forms of Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease and neuropathy.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54332; HGNC ID: HGNC:15968; UniProt: Q8TB36; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018972.4; Chromosome location: 8q21.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
