SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GCC1 (GRIP and coiled-coil domain containing 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GCC1 qPCR Primer Set – GRIP and coiled-coil domain containing 1
Also known as: GCC1P, GCC88
About this gene: The GCC1 protein is a peripheral membrane protein. The GCC1 gene product is sensitive to brefeldin A. This encoded protein contains a GRIP domain which is believed to be used in targeting. The GCC1 gene product may play a role in the organization of trans-Golgi network subcompartment involved with membrane transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79571; HGNC ID: HGNC:19095; UniProt: Q96CN9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024523.6; Chromosome location: 7q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
