SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ANAPC5 (anaphase promoting complex subunit 5, also called APC5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ANAPC5 qPCR Primer Set – anaphase promoting complex subunit 5
Also known as: APC5
About this gene: The ANAPC5 protein is required for the proper ubiquitination function of APC/C and for the interaction of APC/C with transcription coactivators. The ANAPC5 gene product also interacts with polyA binding protein and represses internal ribosome entry site-mediated translation. These differences cause translation initiation at a downstream AUG and result in a shorter protein, compared to isoform a.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51433; HGNC ID: HGNC:15713; UniProt: Q9UJX4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016237.5; Chromosome location: 12q24.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
