About this gene: GATA6 belongs to a small family of zinc finger transcription factors that play an important role in the regulation of cellular differentiation and organogenesis during vertebrate development. GATA6 is expressed during early embryogenesis and localizes to endo- and mesodermally derived cells during later embryogenesis and thereby is important for gut, lung, and heart development. Mutations in GATA6 are linked to multiple congenital defects.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
