SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GATA4 (GATA binding protein 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GATA4 qPCR Primer Set – GATA binding protein 4
Also known as: ASD2, TACHD, TOF, VSD1
About this gene: GATA4 belongs to the GATA family of zinc-finger transcription factors. Members of this family recognize the GATA motif which is present in the promoters of many genes. The GATA4 protein is believed to regulate genes involved in embryogenesis and in myocardial differentiation and function, and is necessary for normal testicular development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2626; HGNC ID: HGNC:4173; UniProt: P43694; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001308093.3; Chromosome location: 8p23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
