SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ANAPC1 (anaphase promoting complex subunit 1, also called APC1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ANAPC1 qPCR Primer Set – anaphase promoting complex subunit 1
Also known as: APC1, MCPR, TSG24
About this gene: ANAPC1 encodes a subunit of the anaphase-promoting complex. This complex is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates progression through the metaphase to anaphase portion of the cell cycle by ubiquitinating proteins which targets them for degradation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64682; HGNC ID: HGNC:19988; UniProt: Q9H1A4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022662.4; Chromosome location: 2q13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
