About this gene: The product of the MND1 gene associates with HOP2 to form a stable heterodimeric complex that binds DNA and stimulates the recombinase activity of RAD51 and DMC1. Both the MND1 and HOP2 genes are indispensable for meiotic recombination.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
