About this gene: GAGE1 belongs to a family of genes that are expressed in a variety of tumors but not in normal tissues, except for the testis. The sequences of the family members are highly related but differ by scattered nucleotide substitutions. The antigenic peptide YRPRPRRY, which is also encoded by multiple other family members, is recognized by autologous cytolytic T lymphocytes.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
