SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GABRP (gamma-aminobutyric acid type A receptor subunit pi) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human GABRP qPCR Primer Set – gamma-aminobutyric acid type A receptor subunit pi
About this gene: The gamma-aminobutyric acid A receptor is a multisubunit chloride channel that mediates the fastest inhibitory synaptic transmission in the central nervous system. This subunit can assemble with known GABA A receptor subunits, and the presence of this subunit alters the sensitivity of recombinant receptors to modulatory agents such as pregnanolone.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2568; HGNC ID: HGNC:4089; UniProt: O00591; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014211.3; Chromosome location: 5q35.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
