SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GABRE (gamma-aminobutyric acid type A receptor subunit epsilon) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GABRE qPCR Primer Set – gamma-aminobutyric acid type A receptor subunit epsilon
About this gene: The product of GABRE belongs to the ligand-gated ionic channel family. The GABRE gene product encodes the gamma-aminobutyric acid A receptor which is a multisubunit chloride channel that mediates the fastest inhibitory synaptic transmission in the central nervous system. GABRE encodes a epsilon subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2564; HGNC ID: HGNC:4085; UniProt: P78334; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004961.4; Chromosome location: Xq28
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
