Human GABRB3 qPCR Primer Set – gamma-aminobutyric acid type A receptor subunit beta3

Also known as: DEE43, ECA5, EIEE43

About this gene: GABRB3 belongs to the ligand-gated ionic channel family. The GABRB3 protein is one the subunits of a multi-subunit chloride channel that serves as the receptor for gamma-aminobutyric acid, a major inhibitory neurotransmitter of the mammalian nervous system. GABRB3 is located on the long arm of chromosome 15 in a cluster with two other genes encoding related subunits of the family.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2562; HGNC ID: HGNC:4083; UniProt: P28472; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000814.6; Chromosome location: 15q12

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
