SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AMPD3 (adenosine monophosphate deaminase 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human AMPD3 qPCR Primer Set – adenosine monophosphate deaminase 3
About this gene: AMPD3 belongs to the AMP deaminase gene family. The AMPD3 protein is a highly regulated enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolytic deamination of adenosine monophosphate to inosine monophosphate, a branch point in the adenylate catabolic pathway. AMPD3 encodes a erythrocyte isoforms, whereas other family members encode isoforms that predominate in muscle and liver cells.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 272; HGNC ID: HGNC:470; UniProt: Q01432; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001025389.2; Chromosome location: 11p15.4
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
