SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human G6PC3 (glucose-6-phosphatase catalytic subunit 3, also called G6Pase-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human G6PC3 qPCR Primer Set – glucose-6-phosphatase catalytic subunit 3
Also known as: SCN4, UGRP
About this gene: G6PC3 encodes a catalytic subunit of glucose-6-phosphatase. Mutations in G6PC3 result in autosomal recessive severe congenital neutropenia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 92579; HGNC ID: HGNC:24861; UniProt: Q9BUM1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_138387.4; Chromosome location: 17q21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
