SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FZD7 (frizzled class receptor 7, also called FzE3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human FZD7 qPCR Primer Set – frizzled class receptor 7
Also known as: FzE3
About this gene: Members of the 'frizzled' gene family encode 7-transmembrane domain proteins that are receptors for Wnt signaling proteins. The FZD7 protein contains an N-terminal signal sequence, 10 cysteine residues typical of the cysteine-rich extracellular domain of Fz family members, 7 putative transmembrane domains, and an intracellular C-terminal tail with a PDZ domain-binding motif. FZD7 gene expression may downregulate APC function and enhance beta-catenin-mediated signals in poorly differentiated human esophageal carcinomas.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8324; HGNC ID: HGNC:4045; UniProt: O75084; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003507.2; Chromosome location: 2q33.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
