About this gene: The KDSR protein catalyzes the reduction of 3-ketodihydrosphingosine to dihydrosphingosine. The putative active site residues of the KDSR protein are found on the cytosolic side of the endoplasmic reticulum membrane. A chromosomal rearrangement involving KDSR is a cause of follicular lymphoma, also known as type II chronic lymphatic leukemia.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
