About this gene: FUT2 is one of two encoding the galactoside 2-L-fucosyltransferase enzyme. The FUT2 protein is important for the final step in the soluble ABO blood group antigen synthesis pathway. The FUT2 gene product is also involved in cell-cell interaction, cell surface expression, and cell proliferation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
