SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human AMN (amnion associated transmembrane protein) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human AMN qPCR Primer Set – amnion associated transmembrane protein
Also known as: IGS2, PRO1028, amnionless
About this gene: The AMN protein is a type I transmembrane protein. The AMN gene product is believed to modulate bone morphogenetic protein receptor function by serving as an accessory or coreceptor, and thus facilitates or hinders BMP binding. The AMN protein has sequence similarity to short gastrulation and procollagen IIA proteins in Drosophila.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81693; HGNC ID: HGNC:14604; UniProt: Q9BXJ7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030943.4; Chromosome location: 14q32.32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
