About this gene: The ALDH1L1 protein catalyzes the conversion of 10-formyltetrahydrofolate, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate, and water to tetrahydrofolate, NADPH, and carbon dioxide. The ALDH1L1 protein belongs to the aldehyde dehydrogenase family. Loss of function or expression of ALDH1L1 is linked to decreased apoptosis, increased cell motility, and cancer progression.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
