About this gene: FSTL1 encodes a protein with similarity to follistatin, an activin-binding protein. The FSTL1 gene product contains an FS module, a follistatin-like sequence containing 10 conserved cysteine residues. FSTL1 product is believed to be an autoantigen linked to rheumatoid arthritis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
