SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FSHB (follicle stimulating hormone subunit beta, also called FSH-B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human FSHB qPCR Primer Set – follicle stimulating hormone subunit beta
Also known as: HH24
About this gene: The pituitary glycoprotein hormone family includes follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, chorionic gonadotropin, and thyroid-stimulating hormone. All of these glycoproteins consist of an identical alpha subunit and a hormone-specific beta subunit. FSHB encodes a beta subunit of follicle-stimulating hormone.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 2488; HGNC ID: HGNC:3964; UniProt: P01225; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001382289.1; Chromosome location: 11p14.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
