About this gene: FSD1 encodes a centrosome associated protein that is characterized by an N-terminal coiled-coil region downstream of B-box domain, a central fibronectin type III domain, and a C-terminal repeats in splA and RyR domain. The FSD1 protein associates with a subset of microtubules and may be involved in the stability and organization of microtubules during cytokinesis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
