SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human FARSB (phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase subunit beta, also called PheRS) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human FARSB qPCR Primer Set – phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase subunit beta
Also known as: FARSLB, FRSB, HSPC173, NEDBLLA, PheHB, PheRS, RILDBC, RILDBC1, RJBS
About this gene: FARSB encodes a highly conserved enzyme that belongs to the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase class IIc subfamily. This enzyme comprises the regulatory beta subunits that form a tetramer with two catalytic alpha subunits.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10056; HGNC ID: HGNC:17800; UniProt: Q9NSD9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005687.5; Chromosome location: 2q36.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
