About this gene: FOXO1 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which are characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. The specific function of FOXO1 has not yet been determined; however, it may play a role in myogenic growth and differentiation. Translocation of FOXO1 with PAX3 has been linked to alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
